Complete Cover
If you breakdown, the benefits include roadside assistance, where in the first instance your vehicle will be attempted to be fixed. If this does not work and we cannot get you on your way then you will be towed (free of charge) to an approved garage. Once at the garage your vehicle will benefit from priority attention. You may even benefit from onward travel assistance depending on the package selected at this level, what this means is that you may be given public transport costs, a replacement car or accommodation until your vehicle is fully repaired.
If you have been involved in an accident and want to speak to personal claims solicitors or to seek legal advice then through this level of breakdown cover you will be given priority service and be able to talk to the legal team thoroughly.
If your car breaks down close to home or at home you will be provided with full roadside assistance and if you car cannot be fixed then you and your passengers will be transported to your preferred UK destination in order for you to complete this leg of your journey..
